The right candidate will have the opportunity to place candidates for both perm AND temp job orders. This is an excellent opportunity to earn $100,000+ annually. You will have the ability to work anywhere you'd like and receive tremendous support from our team.
As a recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding highly skilled healthcare professionals. Your primary focus will be on building a robust pipeline of qualified candidates across various specialties. The right candidate should have good client experience and a solid placement track record.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Utilize multiple sourcing techniques (online channels, networking, referrals, etc.) to attract qualified candidates.
Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact through onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Maintain accurate candidate records and track recruitment metrics to optimize processes and meet hiring goals.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate journey.
Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitor analysis to enhance recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience (5+ years) in healthcare recruitment or a similar role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
Knowledge of healthcare professions, licensure requirements, and industry-specific recruiting strategies.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software/tools.
