As a recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding highly skilled healthcare professionals. Your primary focus will be on building a robust pipeline of qualified candidates across various specialties. The right candidate should have good client experience and a solid placement track record.

Requirements


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.

  • Utilize multiple sourcing techniques (online channels, networking, referrals, etc.) to attract qualified candidates.

  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact through onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

  • Maintain accurate candidate records and track recruitment metrics to optimize processes and meet hiring goals.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate journey.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitor analysis to enhance recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in healthcare recruitment or a similar role, preferably within the healthcare industry.

  • Knowledge of healthcare professions, licensure requirements, and industry-specific recruiting strategies.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software/tools.

  • Competitive/performance oriented individual who is driven to succeed

  • High energy and always looking to improve

  • Self-starter that takes action without being instructed

  • Persistence and superb follow up
