About the Role
As a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW, LISW-S) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC, LPCC-S) within our mental health practice, you'll play a crucial role in providing therapeutic and clinical services and support to individuals seeking mental health assistance. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to offer comprehensive care and aid in the emotional and psychological well-being of our clients.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments and create personalized treatment plans.
Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches.
Offer necessary general supervision for Paraprofessional co-workers.Â
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and refer clients to appropriate resources.
Advocate for clients' needs while upholding ethical standards and confidentiality.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Engage in ongoing professional development plans and activities, staying updated on current therapies, and best practices in the field of mental health.
Qualifications:
State licensure as an LISW, LISW-S, LPCC, LPCC-S with a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.
Strong communication, empathy, interpersonal skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
Proficiency in conducting assessments, diagnosing mental health disorders, and developing treatment plans.
Knowledge of ethical standards and legal regulations governing mental health practice.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with diverse populations and various mental health issues.
Multi-lingual is a plus, but not a requirement.
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 Start Date: Immediately
